I CANT SEND MESSAGES ON SOME EMAILS

Hi to everybody and I hope you are fine,

I have a problem, it will be nice if somebody could help me.

I move a message from the Spam to the incoming messages and then I try to answer

to this email but it wasn't possible, also right now I try to send and another mail on an email that I didn't move it from the Spam and it  isn't also possible.

Anybody know how to resolve thiw problem?
